Chair Massage- $15 for 15 minutes
Prenatal Massage-
Prenatal massage is a unique type of massage designed with mom and baby in mind. It helps to reduce swelling that can occur in the arms and legs, helps ease the aches and pains of pregnancy, as well as reduces tension providing an overall wellness to your pregnancy. This massage is provided using a pregnancy pillow or a side lying technique that keep mom as well as baby supported and safe at all times.
Pricing: $60 for 60 minutes OR $75 for 90 minutes
Swedish/Relaxation Massage-
A massage that uses long flowing strokes to release tension built up in your muscles, release toxins, and provide an overall relaxing effect on your body, so you leave the massage feeling brand new.

Deep Tissue-
A massage designed to focus on the deeper layers of muscle tissues and provide relief from chronic patterns of tension, pain, and adhesion that can build up in your muscles. With this massage you will feel its therapeutic effects in the form of decreased muscle soreness and restored range of motion!
Pricing: $60 for 60 minutes OR $75 for 90 minutes
Cupping Therapy- $10 add on to any massage except prenatal
Kinesiotaping- $10 if I use my tape.
$5 if I use your tape.
